Shady business!DO NOT deal with this company unless you want them taking money out of your bank account without your permission!!!! I didn't even have time to color my hair with the first kit they sent when I see they charged my debit card for another kit!!!! Of course they charged my card on a Sunday when there was no one in customer service to talk to!!! I even cancelled the order before shipment so they can refund my card and they shipped it anyway!!!! I called customer ASAP first thing on Monday and they were going to make me pay for return shipping!!! Upon talking to a manager they said they would give me a full refund, when I get the package put "return to sender" on it put it in the mail and call back customer service and they would credit my card. Well I did all that and when I called back to get my refund after putting the kit "return to sender" back in the mail the customer rep said they will give me the refund once they recieve it in the mail!!! Now they are giving me the run around and don't want to refund my money like they said they would!!!! This is so not fair!!! They never should have shipped that order and they shouldn't be making transactions on people's accounts on days and times there is no customer service available!!! I haven't used the first kit they sent me yet and even if I do and I love the hair color it will be ashame because I will never do business with this company again!!! Missed the mark big timeYou guys really missed the mark on this color I hate to tell you. But I'm not at all impressed with the actual color itself as it shoulda been much much more violet because absolutely no violet or red showed up at all. My hair is a drab dark brown. Color doesn't look like what I picked. Not bright or light enough.I don't like it. Even after getting a new color, I got the same color. I asked to go back to brown. And I now have more red hair. Great gray coverage!This is fantastic color! True to what you ordered and the gray coverage is fantastic! I am able to cover “my sparkles” easily and there is not three or more different colors in the hair. In other words as you touch up the roots you are not seeing a different color an inch or so down the hair shaft. On another note, I do hope that they get a highlight kit soon for my dark color (did I say I love the color?). I would love to give the highlights kit a try! I will say the one thing that I truly dislike about this kit is the conditioner. I have tried it twice now and the results are the same, I am left with a gummy residue on my hair that is very hard to get out. I had to re-wash my hair several times to remove it. Great Experience!I love my color and my hair! This is so different and better than boxed color and easier than buying all your supplies from a beauty supply store. I received 2 bottles one color for my roots and the other for my ends. They ask your skin tone, eye color etc. It had a low odor and included everything I needed except a bowl, which I already had, it did come with bottles. I loved the tips and videos it made it easier to do myself. When I rinsed my hair wow did it feel weird, like plastic it was all stuck together. I was nervous but after using the shampoo for like 4 minutes solid it felt normal again. I used the conditioner also for a good 5 minutes and after it was all dry it felt softer and silkier than before. I also followed the instructions to mix water around on your hair for 5 minutes before you rinse. I love it and will be using it again and again! 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

The Best Experience. Best ColorI've colored my hair using E-Salon 3 times now, and it's been perfect every time. I love the kit. The instructions are personalized, everything needed is included. I did, however, buy the additional coloring tools and cape. My hair comes out exactly the way I expected it. After my first color, I requested the colorist to warm up the cool black with a hint of "espresso brown," which was done and is now my favorite custom color. Perfect. Clear easy labeling and instructions!I am no hairdresser but with the step by step and tips, this was AWESOME! It turned out GREAT and I am SO happy! Can't wait to be a lifelong member. My picture looks like my haircolor when I first met my husband. Don't change a thing! My colorist is AWESOME! TALENTED! WONDERFUL!.....I will never have to dread making another hair appointment.
