Younger LookAm in my 80's with "mousy" grey hair naturally. I have tried to find a color treatment that brought back my original blonde. Couldn't find it until e-Salon. Great color. Need to treat my after coloring shampoo with a little more care, but your associate helped me with what I should do. If I can get this worked out, I will be completely happy with your product. Best colour I have ever usedI’ve coloured my own hair for years, in between I have been to the hairdressers and I’ve never come away happy! So I carry on, then I came across E salon and thought I would have a look and decided to try the product. I am so very pleased with the condition of my hair as it does not feel dry but nice and soft and the instructions are very easy to follow. I loved the colour I chose but decided I need it a little lighter which after having a discussion that have made the changes for me so I await for my delivery. To dark second time around.I loved the color prepared for me at 1st. The second time I didn't receive the second bottle of color and the color came out way to dark. Product is good, the colour was badService and the product itself was great but the colour was wrong, it looked nothing like the picture and didn't even have the same undertones. I strongly dislike my colour now. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

So disappointed!Im so disappointed in my hair color this shipment. I received one bottle of developer and one bottle of color, expecting it to be the same color as the last shipment I followed the directions accordingly. I now have a weird ombré color: darker roots & my ends did not take any color whatsoever. My first time and I love it!I was nervous at first. I did not feel confident dying my own hair.
