Loving my hair now!This product is so much better than buying the box ones at the store! My hair feels and looks very good! The kit is terrific and has everything you could ever need. Love itThe color is great I get alot of compliments and I love the way it seems to revive my hair to look shiny and healthy, the ingredients,are so much better tgen store bought and the color lasts longer. Loved the coverage , color too DarkI was very excited to try this hair color. It covered my gray hairs beautifully like at the salon and who wouldn't love that it was so easy to do. .However the Dark Brown I ordered was way to dark on me looks almost black. Love itI have been trying to get the right color. I have changed it several times.The colorist has tried to do as I ask but when my hair is in the sun it looks very red, which I do not like. I think I finally have it. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great product. Dislike the new color bottleI love your product. Have used it for about 2 years now. You recently changed the bottle that the color concentrate ships in. It is very hard to open. There is no hand grips on the bottle lid and no barrier between the concentrate and the lid. This allows for the concentrate to leak out some and seals the lid on tighter. However, it also makes it almost impossible to get off. The last two times I have received my order. My husband has had to use pliers to open the bottle for me. This has caused the lid to break. He now knows to be careful not to spill any so as not to stain things. The old bottle at least had a barrier to help prevent the solution from leaking out. Was hoping for better resultsIt was easy to use and packaged very nicely. However my color was off. I wanted slightly darker Mahoganey brown. I got slightly lighter brown hair that's copper. I'm sad that I'm stuck with this through Christmas. I sent a pic in, I gave a statement, and I chose a dark color through the prompts so I'm not sure how I could have been more clear. Colour doesn’t lady as long as it used to.I’ve been an e-Salon user since the start. I loved that they custom matched my former Paul Mitchell salon color exactly. I live the auto shipping and customer service when I travel. The last 6 months or so I’ve noticed my color fades after 2-3 weeks when it used to last 6-8.
