Great product!I love the packaging and the personalization. The product had instructions that were very easy to use and the color didn't dry my hair out. My color was more of a brown with red tint than a dark blonde but I have requested a customization for my next shipment which was very easy to do. ...I was looking for great color and coverage for my grays. This product is "A Definte!" I do however recommend, perhaps a variety of sizing, quantity, for purchase. Bottle for ColorWhile I love your product, I was surprised by the new packaging. I dig the new box for the gloves, but find it unnecessary. It seems that your packaging cost would increase. Also, the color bottle's opening is much wider than the developer's bottle opening. This made pouring the color into the developer more challenging with more likely of a chance to spill some thus messing with the developer to color ratio. I'm still going to be a loyal customer, but the wider mouth on the color bottle is off-putting. Hard to applyThe color was fine, really nothing special. But hard to apply. My daughter helped me and it still took forever. More like what I have done at the salon, but my colorist is trained and practiced in application. I'm a total convert!eSalon matched my expensive salon balayage(?) mix perfectly! I've now done 3 or 4 applications and I'm really impressed. Colour is copper/blonde multi toned and I've had lots of compliments. Previous home jobbies were hit and miss regarding colour accuracy (mostly miss!) and I feel the grey coverage is better than anything I've had - professional or home jobby. I'm hookedI would definitely recommend, and have recommended, esalon.com. The color arrived on time with easy to follow personalized instructions. The process was easy and even fun.
