Liked the color...Liked the color. Hair is soft and shiny. Although, I'm bummed because the color still fades after a week. This is my 3rd customized color and have the same issue every order. I so enjoy having your professional colir come to my door.Hi , my color seem to have a tint of red coming through. It also could be a little darker.I think I will wait on my next order. FantasticI bought a hair dyer a couple of years ago and I loved it. It was customized and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, this time I made a wrong mixture, and it didn't fit me at all. Anyhow, it was my fault and the quality of the product is awesome, as before. I'll order another one like the fiirst one I used. I highly recommend it. LoveI absolutely loved this color . It was exactly what I was looking for . However ,my only complaint was that I wish they had sent me more,I was scrapping the bowl to color my last section . It is worth it to work with your colorist!My first coloring did not go that well, then my colorist changed up the formula, and the result was much improved. The color didn't fade like before, and I am very happy with the results. I wish I had received the original package like my daughter has. When she started with e-Salon, she received a little bowl and brush, and clips. I never did get those so I have to scrounge around when it's time to color my hair.
