Totally disappointedI ordered this looking at all.the reviews online and was very excited to see my customized package with even my name on it. I followed the instructions and mixed the color and the developer in the bottle and shaked vigorously. Meanwhile i was tying my hair and getting ready to apply and next thinkninsee the bottle bulged and it started foaming and that was the beginning of my disappointment. After catching up the overflowed one and the remaining in container i started applying, as i have long hair i took an hour to finish it. As instructed left it for 30 mts and wahed it. Not even a single grey strand was colored, it was such a waste of money and time. I am glad i did not start a subscription. Really upset about this. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Colour has fadedWhen I dyed my daughter hair last week it looked lovely, the colour was perfect but after a few washes it has faded which shouldn't happen as it's supposed to be permanent and her blonde has started coming through so now looks streaky and dull. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Hair colourMy hair become extremely dry after few months I was very disappointed because i order ammonia free, i used ammonia free before for different company and didn't cause such damager as your colour, make me wonder if is genuine ammonia free. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Beautiful color, excellent grey coverI love my esalon color. At first I sent a couple of pics and explained my challenges and they were so accommodating. I have long, thick dark brown hair and keeping greys at bay was becoming onerous and expensive and no I’m not ready to embrace my grey!! Esalon sends a generous amount of color so I can do a root touch up, spread the color towards my ends and even tint my eyebrows. I’m a rebel like that. So glad I found this!Took the leap and tried coloring my hair at home and I am SO glad I did! The process was easy and my hair is the exact color I was hoping for. The best! Been a fan since 2014, but here's what could be betterAs a customer for over 10 years, it almost goes without saying that I love this product. The color itself is great and long-lasting. I get compliments all the time... mostly at my hair salon! The customizing of the color is a great process with outstanding results. Here's where stuff gets maddening. Several years back, someone (I assume a bald man) changed the packaging and I have been scratching my head ever since. Least offensive; though still bad; was the overall design (colors, graphics) going from punchy to pale, boring, unimpactful pink and purple. Yawn. The real problem is that the bottles and their caps/lips/openings are simply stupid. If one were instructed to pour the contents from bottle 1 into bottle 2, then one might assume that the opening on bottle 2 would be larger to accommodate that operation. Nope! You are pouring from a large opening into a smaller opening. The nozzle on the applicator bottle is also woefully small. Finally the shampoo and conditioner packets, if you can get them open at all, provide a hole the size of a pinhead through which to squeeze the product. As good as the products themselves are, it is clear that the people making packaging decisions have never used any of them. I didn’t like itThe color didn’t work on Some grey hair along ear line and sides of ear . I tried twice it didn’t touch at all It’s free from strong chemicals it’s a good point. My eyes didn’t tear after use I will not buy it again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
