Perfect color!I’ve had to adjust my color a few times due to medication changes causing my hair to constantly change. Esalon has kind, attentive, and amazing colorists. Not sure why, but color was differentI have been using the same color set for more than 2 years, so I do know what my tone looks like after I retouch it every 6 weeks. Picture perfectI sent my colorist a picture of my hair and a picture of some fake hair I wanted to wear next week on my trip to New York. An adjustment by my colorist made all the difference!I’m so happy that I called to speak to my colorist I explained that my color was fading and not covering my gray around my face. She made a change to my developer and sent a replacement set. Needless to say, I am thrilled with my color again! I can’t thank all of you for your dedication and concern for my needs.
