Wrong ColorI decided to give esalon a try due to their advertisement of custom just right color. I like to color my hair with chestnut undertones & loathe, for myself personally, red undertones or highlights of any kind. I conveyed this on my preferences and even detailed a note to that effect and after I dyed my hair, it was filled with ugly red undertones. Now I have to keep dying over this hideous mess until it clears. Hopefully by December. My personal experience with esalon is that they have a great concept & I love their packaging, but they just don't know how to follow through and do what they advertise; to give you the color you want. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Best color and coverage I've ever usedI have never received compliments on my hair color until I used this product! I am more than satisfied; I'm thrilled! Plus, the color looks the same on week 4 as it did on week 1. I cannot believe the money I've wasted getting my hair colored at a salon! Never again!
