perfect color!I've been coloring my hair for 15 years or so using off the shelf but respectable brands and the color was NEVER consistent. It seemed like the luck of the draw sometimes. I have been using esalon for several months and the color is exactly what I wanted. I sent a picture and then initially chose a color that the esalon advisor thought was darker than I wanted based on the picture I sent. She was right and the color I get each time is perfect. The results are consistent, it's easy to use, it always comes on time, and it does not damage my hair. No More GrayI've been coloring my hair myself for years, but within the last 2 years the products I used didn't color the all of my gray. Finally found a product that is much cheaper than the salon. Best Hair color to do at homeGot the hair color kit and it was kind of overwhelming at first as there was a separate bottle for roots and another for rest of the hair. But the results were amazing and much much better than when I had it done at hair salon. The mahogany touch was very beautiful and hair felt so soft and healthy! I love this company: Product, Service, PriceI was spending hundreds of dollars on having my hair colored at the salon. As my grey started to become more prevalent I noticed roots showing up every three weeks. Not wanting to spend my kids' college tuition at the salon, I went weeks with white roots. This is not pretty at 47 years old. Then my friend told me about eSalon. I saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order. I uploaded pictures and wrote to them about why I started going to the salon and stopped using box color (my hair was falling out and damaged). I was so impressed with my first color! I have salon highlights so I just did my roots with a brush. Wow. There are so many dimensions to my color. My hair is healthier and has more shine than ever! I love it. For some reason I did not receive my second order. The eSalon customer service team was extremely responsive over email, and they even called me! They sent a new kit free of charge.
