Better than I imagined and exactly what I was hoping!I needed a color to cover all my highlights and and toner while I let me gray grow out. My new growth was darker than expected and eSalon got it perfect and without a picture. I am super excited about what's in store for me as I collaborate with eSalon to do my hair at home because they thought of every little detail from the optional application process to the little tape for the mirror. It surprised me how nice by how well it turned out.I have not done my own hair in years. I did miss an entire spot on my part so, I just changed my part for the time being and give it a little tease to cover it up when needed. I would like to try and smell the different shampoos to see which one I would like to buy, but I can not get it ordered that way. I am struggling with the website, it must be these grey hairs. My hair turned orange!!!I ordered from esalon before without any issues. This last time I ordered 2 bottles of color & used one bottle then the second bottle a few months later and my hair literally turned orange all around my hairline!!
