Did not cover greys! Left for 40minutes!!!I’m really sad to say I’ve not had the best experience with your formulas first one turned my hair black and washed out in a week. Messy and too darkThe set arrived and it was beautifully presented, with straight forward step by step instructions. I was disappointed with the colour though, I spent a long time choosing the shade and specifically asked for not too dark and no black and my hair looks black. Also, the final stage of the process where you add water to the bottle to blend the roots and main section of hair was extremely messy, even if you do it in the shower. Not quite the colour I was expectingI tried a different colour 2 years after my first try with E Salon and unfortunately faced the same issue I had before. Nothing like the colour chosen. I asked for a warmer colour to tone down my natural colour to a more warm strawberry blonde. Instead, I’ve got red hair. uneven and different shadeThis time the color was wildly different to what I expected. Again the roots and the ends are so mismatched and there is a definitive line between colors. I won’t be using again sadly. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Too darkI will say everything in the package it was packaged beautifully, but my color came out incredibly dark, much darker than I expected. I don't know if I'll try it again and try to maybe a lighter. I don't know what I'm gonna do because my hair is so dark now I mean it's not gonna lighten. My hair is RUINED!!!As I previously wrote, each adjustment for my dirty blonde natural hair keeps making it more and more orange. I literally had to do a hair strip which I've never done... that made my hair even more orange. I had to reapply the demi and its a bit better but horrific at the same time. Your last response you said you saw that I spoke with the stylist and resolved the issues but I still have many charges on my account and so far I hate everything I used. My friend recommended eSalon since my virgin hair had a few grays. Now my hair is completely ruined. I've lost so much trust in the company, stylists take too long to respond and I've contacted you 4x now asking for my money back and I never get a response.
