Seems great!The colour is good and I've had compliments on it. The system also was good and although I prefer foam for application, I can get used to cream. You need to try this!I have been coloring my hair for years. I used to get my hair colored at the salon, but then I had children. So I had to start coloring my hair at home. After several failed attempts, I found a brand and shade of a box color that I liked. I used it for many years. Unfortunately, my hair started going gray. The box color that I had been using specifically stated "not for gray hair". I kept using it, but my roots were so obvious when I colored them (almost worse than if I had just let them be). I saw eSalon advertised online. I read the reviews and thought, why not give it a try. I am so glad that I did. Even without me sending a photo, they were able to create a color that matched exactly the same shade I had been using...but it really covers my gray hairs! The color itself does have an odor when mixed, however this odor comes out once you wash your hair and it's nothing that the bathroom fan can't handle. My old box color used to make my hair stink for at least a day or two. I was also very impressed with the packing of the product. It's perfect. Everything you need, all neat and tidy in a box. The kit comes complete with easy to understand instructions (plus a handy little sticker so that you can tack them up onto the bathroom mirror while you're coloring). The gloves are high quality and will not tear when you put them on. The kit also included packets of stain guard, shampoo, conditioner and stain remover. I can't say enough about this product/service. Not only was the color match perfect, but my hair doesn't feel like it's been colored (the old box stuff was so harsh on my hair). In addition, I don't have to remember when it's time to color my hair. The color will be created and auto-shipped to me based upon the schedule that I selected.
