Perfect color and well conditionedI've been using Preference by L'Oréal for 30 years and was nervous about changing brands. Lately my hair has seemed very dried out. It is exactly what I wantMy custom color is exactly what I wanted. After Danielle my colorist asked me for some information about my last hair color, she asked for an updated picture also. This was so easy to email and I think it added that extra step of service for the right custom color. My hair has a healthy texture. The process is easy with no powerful, offensive odor from the product. Covered Resistent Grey Just As Well As The SalonPRO'S: THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS SIMPLE, DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND PACKAGED WELL. PRODUCT WORKS BETTER THAN STORE BOUGHT AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE sALONS. COVERED MY EXTREME RESISTANT GREY BETTER THAN ANYTHING IVE TRIED IN MANY YEARS. CONS: JUST BARLEY ENOUGH TO COVER ALL OF MY SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR SO IT IS NOT AS AFFORDABLE AS YOU FIRST WOULD EXPECT. COLOR WAS TOO DARK FOR ME AND HAD HOPED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE MULTIFACETED.
