colors don't matchI had asked for a free replacement and more red to be put in and there was no red at all. This was a free replacement because the last one turned out to be lighter on top and darker on the bottom. Now it's even worse than it was before. The bottom is almost black! The directions were followed exactly. I have an appointment this next Tuesday to see if my hairdresser can fix this mess and it's going to cost me another $60.00.
