Left with ginger hairI’m unsure what happened but I selected dark blond colour i put the colour on the roots and the colour started developing a plum purple colour it was a bit conderning and the ends turned deep purple too, I washed it off as per the instructions and I’ve been left with bright ginger hair. I’m very upset and I will have to spend more money now trying to correct this. I’ve tried to press help and the option doesn’t work on the website. Good color but too auburnE-Salon has been great so far. I adjusted the color and it turned out too light. I’m a natural brunette and went for medium brown. Absolutely lovelyI was a bit sceptical at first, I really didn’t want to box dye and loose the different tones but also couldn’t afford £150+ at the hair dressers on a colour. The kit arrived and it was so pretty, instructions very easy to follow and I went non ammonia as I hate the smell! The colour is perfect! My ends are lighter which I wanted to show depth on my curly hair, my hair is so soft and conditioned. Only thing I wish there was more conditioner, I have really thick hair and I needs lots. Trial and errorFirst, let me say that I love that everything comes in 1 box - even gloves. Although I had followed the directions step-by-step, I should have adjusted some of the instructions based on what I know about my hair. I truly loved the color I picked and was very excited to color my hair using this system. However, I needed to keep the color on my hair longer than the instructions stated. Since I have been coloring my hair for close to 40 years, I have found my gray hair is very color resistant. Like it alot, will take getting used toI like how this color did not leave my hair as red as other colors I have tried. It was darker than anticipated, but that is probably healthier for my hair -my hair does look shinier which I appreciate. The only issue is there are still some itty bitty grays on the frontmost part of my hairline even though I soaked that hair and left 10 minutes longer than indicated! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
