Unsatisfactory resultsI spoke to a colorist and sent a photo of my hair and asked for an ash brown color to remove all the red tones from my medium brown/red hair. So unbelievably damagingGenuinely devastated. Colour is not what I asked for but the worst part is how damaged my hair is now. I am left with crunchy red straw on my head. Avoid!
