Color very thickI usually have no problems with color but this last bottle was extremely thick and would not even come out the bottle , I made the home bigger in the bottle and still just too thick! Basically wastes almost a whole bottle of color 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Too dark, no gold toneI changed my color request to add some gold tone. It’s was just plain dark brown. I don’t see any gold tone. It’s very dark, which is ok, but without a bit of gold tone, it seems too dark 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Perfect ColorWhenever I color my hair I always worry that it won't come out the way I envision. This time using your product my hair color came out to be exactly what I wanted and it was easier to use then my old product. I only have some grey around my neck line and above my ears. This is amazing. I don't even use box dye any longerMy original color wasn't red enough for me, so I told my colorist that I wanted it real red. She originally told me my hair color wouldn't take a redder color like I wanted but I explained that even the reddest (no bleaching needed) box dye worked amazing, so we took the chance and she made me up a real red color. Sure enough, it worked AMAZING. The color is so perfect and leaves my hair looking like I stepped out of a salon and paid at least $125 for the color. I want to try that other crazy hair color they offer (Forgot the name of it; seems it's it's a stand alone business but is still part of eSalon), and get the really red one to add it over my next order to see what happens. I've had to skip quite a few shipments due to financial matters (stupid inflation and medical issues) and I had to move my ship date forward again for 2 weeks from now, but in 2 weeks and a few days I'll have my gorgeous red back again and I'll be the Beauty of my Town. Or at least in my own mirror, haha. But yes, eSalon is high high quality. Also: If the 2021 reply from the company to me still shows below, it was ONLY due to the fact I was disappointed with my first shipment due to the color issue I mentioned earlier. They absolutely took great care of me and made me super happy with both the customer service, the care they have for us, the clients, and the amazing color I ended up with. I had no idea I didn't update my review and I feel so bad for forgetting. (I also changed my name -not legally yet - so that's why it's titled to "Sarah". AmazingI was so reluctant to go back to a hairdressers after continuous hair failures!! You know that they say if they can’t do it do it yourself. My hair was awful! All different tones of yellow/orange and dark patches of red so I decided to try esalon…. Well I’m glad I did!. I went with the medium brown (copper golden) and it’s turned out better than expected. It’s completely neutralised all of the other tones and came out as one colour all over how amazing!.
