Just not what I hoped.I liked how clear the instructions were and how easy the process was. The color I was hoping to achieve would have been more copper. I do not see any copper in my hair. Salon quality productThis colour really lasts (I only colour my hair 3 times a year) and does not affect the condition of my hair at all, rather it enhances it leaving it soft and silky. Happy customerSeriously, I am most satisfied with your product and your customer service. Been using your hair color for nearly a year now, it lasts well and is convenient to use. Tried a local salon, it took too long and the color did not last as well, my wife said after two weeks my hair got orangey, but not with e salon's product. In fact it lasts pretty well for 6 weeks and when it does fade if I go further than six weeks my hair goes natural not some funky orangey color. Customer service is most appreciated, my first product was a bit too dark for me, they helped me customize it so it is close to what my hair used to look like.
