Happy enough but won’t use againThe packaging was great and I liked the way it was thought out and easy to use. Stain remover worked way better than I thought it would. My color came out almost perfectly hued to what I wanted. I got the 0 ammonia so what was surprising to me was how much hair I lost in the rinse process before shampooing. It was literally about 4 times what I’d usually lose in a shower to the point where I was paranoid I’d have a bald spot or something. I left it on for 35 min and I’ve been dying my hair for 26 years with harsher stuff than this so it was surprising and maybe fine but just scared me enough I won’t be reordering. The shampoo I got was awesome and foamed up beautifully. My hair was super soft the next day but I did follow up the shampoo/conditioner with heavy K18 mask because of all the hair loss so not sure if that was from k18 or conditioner or a combo. Perfect Light CopperAfter trying both E-Salon and other custom color options, as well as salon color, and at-home box color from stores, this is the winner for sure. A lot of red options in dyes are just that dark, fake-looking burgundy red. I'm naturally a light brown, but always felt that light ginger's looked best on me. I've also had the issue of other colors not sticking to my roots, which, have zero grays. My roots come in light brown-dark blonde. Anyway, this color was the perfect light, natural ginger color that I've been aiming for. I used the permanent custom color on my roots, and the copper rinse on the ends, and it's perfect and natural looking. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Didn't last very longThe colour looked very nice for a couple of days, but then my grays started showing through, and my hairdresser noticed that the colour under the very top layer of hair was very light (something about the developer being too strong). And in the hairdresser's chair I could actually see where the root colour was applied and where it ended. Such a shame!
