Great color and customer service!This was my second hair color order with eSalon. I needed to adjust the color after my first hair color order because I did not like the lightness/golden tone of it. The customer service team was helpful and made an adjustment in my color and I am very happy with my new shade! So glad I found this company. Nice but NO gray coverage.Packaged beautifully, very convenient and easy to apply. I am satisfied with the color itself but, it didn’t do the one thing that I needed and wanted it to do; cover my grays!
