Great color and customer service!This was my second hair color order with eSalon. I needed to adjust the color after my first hair color order because I did not like the lightness/golden tone of it. The customer service team was helpful and made an adjustment in my color and I am very happy with my new shade! So glad I found this company. Nice but NO gray coverage.Packaged beautifully, very convenient and easy to apply. I am satisfied with the color itself but, it didn’t do the one thing that I needed and wanted it to do; cover my grays! Love it!I'm in love with the color match. My grey, white, and silver patches disappear and blend in making my flat and dowdy hair look enhanced and fresh. The color looks so natural that no one even thinks it's color dyed. Since it's a perfect match to my natural hair I have virtually no demarcation or roots showing.
