Soft and ShinyI am done! I finally found the hair color that is me. I never quite got what I was looking for from all the drug store choices. And soft and shiny is above and beyond my expectations. I just started coloring my hair about a year ago. And every time no matter brand or price my hair was dry and stringy. My ends always looked awful. Thank you eSalon and Danielle, you nailed it. Love the kit- Second time I have problems opening the bottle.I'm going to add my experience with the two last kits I received, first one I had a hard time opening the blue cap bottle and I had to ask my husband to do it and he had problems too, it was a mess and I lost time and couldn't use the whole mix. Now the second time is the same but I can't get help opening the bottle so I stuck with all the prep work and waste of time because of this, I'm very upset because it is my ME time and I have so few of those, completely ruin my day and I can't even color my hair, I hope you take care of this issue because I don't think I'm the only one. Thank you. I really love my color, looks really natural and it has the golden tones I wanted. As a first time, the kit is different from the box you buy at the market but I enjoyed the experience of taking my time to make it just right, it is a lovely presentation and all the personal details make you feel special. Great color, but…My roots and fine hairs around my face are still not being covered well, even with the new directions. Also, the color washes out way too quickly.
