Fantastic product!I was skeptical about trying your product. I always used a box color and it never looked right. I am blown away by your product. I will never go back to the drugstore and waste my money on a inferior box of hair color. You have a customer for life. I HATE sitting at the salon for 2 hoursFound out about this company because of the pandemic & love the company, their Products s & customer service… my only complaint, it seems like I need more color for my roots but not enough to buy two kits. Just like salon colour!I’m absolutely thrilled! I’m 100% grey now but feel too young to let it grow out, I used to be a natural Chestnut brown but I cannot achieve this with box colours as end up with ginger roots, and I can’t afford salon colour every 3 weeks! My colour arrived today, I have perfectly coloured roots and chestnut tones to my hair! Really thrilled! And the guide to full on colour at home is really good. So happyMy MIL told me she has been using esalon for years! I hate how expensive it is to go get my hair done at a shop especially because I have so much thick hair they charge by the bottle. esalon is so affordable and especially during the lockdown it was nice to be comfortable and safe at home to do my hair. I have a toddler so it’s hard to find time to go anywhere alone. I love being able to refresh my hair and stay home all at once! Being able to stay in contact with a stylist is so nice also! I liked itI have been trying to have a color that sticks to my hair for years now, all of the products I have used from the stores color my grays real bright and the rest of the hair stays dark making it a huge contrast that I have to color it back to dark. I used to wear my hair warm red and I loved it then! but then I had it dyed brown once and could never regain my usual red hair. I intent to go lighter than this, but I was afraid I would have the same situation I´ve always have, to my surprise redish color came back (I wish I had chose lighter red) it is a dark auburn, but there is something to start I guess! I really liked it. The only thing I saw is that you send very small amount of the conditioner, and the ends are very dry, it really needs a bit more.
