why is it so different from the last 2 times????this recent hair color is NOT the same as the last 2. I did not ask for adjustments, so why is it so light? It did not cover any grays, and it was not as dark as it usually is! Why does this keep happening? I do not believe you guys stick to the same formula...My hair DOES NOT look like it was even touched up or colored this time. I feel like I am paying 40$ for absolutely nothing! Either you guys are running some kind of scam, b/c I do not understand why, once I like the color and want it to stay the same, it suddenly gets screwed up??!! Moved to U.K. a year ago from America.Moved to U.K. a year ago from America. Had hit and miss purchasing color from different stores ..I have colored my hair at home for several years so thought still would do this here as well.... They just didn't seem to do well..not quite right.. and then I saw this on my FB feed eSalon... I never have trusted adverts very much that scroll by...but this time I thought something seems better about this advert...I am SO GLAD I decided to purchase!!! This is the place to get your color for Sure!!! They absolutely are thorough.. attention to detail..and The color is beautiful ❣️. Soft and ShinyI am done! I finally found the hair color that is me. I never quite got what I was looking for from all the drug store choices. And soft and shiny is above and beyond my expectations. I just started coloring my hair about a year ago. And every time no matter brand or price my hair was dry and stringy. My ends always looked awful. Thank you eSalon and Danielle, you nailed it.
