Great customer service just didn't like the colorI was hoping for my color to be a popping vibrant red or even hot pinkish color. It turned out a mild reddish brown color. I sent a message to my stylist and she got back to me very quickly. She was happy to fix it for me. I just messaged her back with the changes I'd like. Wow!I'm so happy with how my hair turned out! My husband commented that it looks better than the salon. Gorgeous colour. Doesn't last.The colour on the ends was beautiful. The root colour wasn't quite right. The major problem I had was it washed out after the 3rd wash even despite using the tint rinse stuff that I bought as an extra and followed all the instructions. The box dyes I've used in the past for much cheaper wash out at the same rate.
