Did not cover grayI have not had good luck with eSalon. My Colorist contacted me and wanted to see how I liked my color. I was able to say how I was not happy because the gray hairs were not covered. They sent me another formula to try and it did not cover again!!! I can go buy Clairol or L'Oreal Root Touch up for $7.00 and I know it works. Fantastic colour & speedy deliveryI have been looking at the Esalon products for a while and finally made the decision to set up a colour plan last week. Ordered on a Friday, my colour box was here by the Monday! Box & products are very personalised. I have now used the colour and I am very impressed with it. Trying adjusted color - Update10 years of using your product, is still my fav color kit, the variety that I can choose from is great, the shampoo packets are great, but the bottles are a little pricey for my budget. This order had an adjustment on my request and Andrea my colorist was obliging. Andrea, my latest pic shows the adjustment, very nice tones on this one, thank you. Little darker than what I was visualizing, but that is ok! You and your team are the experts on adjusting!
