Great customer service just didn't like the colorI was hoping for my color to be a popping vibrant red or even hot pinkish color. It turned out a mild reddish brown color. I sent a message to my stylist and she got back to me very quickly. She was happy to fix it for me. I just messaged her back with the changes I'd like. Wow!I'm so happy with how my hair turned out! My husband commented that it looks better than the salon.
