Did the formula change?I've been using eSalon for a few years now and only recently started having a problem with the color not lasting more than a week in my hair! No Color DifferenceI ordered an intense pearl shade for my brown hair. It’s currently caramel colored from 30V creme lightening in my previous dyes. I wanted a nice deep purple shade and that’s what it looked like in the visual example. The dye itself looked purple, however, it provided no purple shades whatsoever to my hair. Sub-par grey coverageI used my latest product on Sunday July 3rd, I followed the instructions and today July 5, I see grey. Love it!Purchased my products and was excited when they came. How wonderful to get a beautiful box set up so nicely with my name on the product. Took some adjustments but my color is perfect!My hair is grey and I have been trying to get a light reddish gold color. I've been working with my colorist over five orders and the roots were too bright compared to the shaft. I almost gave up but decided to try one more time. Am I glad I did! We had to have one color for the roots and another for the shaft and this time it was perfect! Hang in there and give your feedback if you're not happy.
