awaiting answersTyping as I sit with color atop my head, looking for some answers from eSalon. I have used and recommended eSalon for years ... had great results at a reasonable price, with minimal issues. Until the past few months. This color set seems like what I had used successfully for years, but I nervously await results. Last color application, and a few prior to that, have been very different. The color itself was different ... lighter, different consistency, less viscous maybe? And my hair did not look the same. I've had two satisfying conversations with eSalon about the issues (bottom line, my hair color didn't look as good or the same). It seemed that there were manufacturing problems, but that's a guess. Consumers coloring their own hair don't like to guess. Wish me luck as I don't want to make a change. 45 of 48 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nice color but gray wash of quicklyThis time I did everything right and I love the color but still it doesn’t cover my greys in front so we’ll. After 2-3 washes I already see a difference in color and greys are coming 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
