Soft hairLot's of compliments on the color. I had to adjust the color several times to create the color I wished. Each time the color was lovely. The colorists were great and it was a personalized set created just for me. My hair is soft! Color not lasting as long.I’ve been a happy customer since 2017, but over the last 3 applications, I’ve noticed that my grey is showing a lot sooner, like within 2-3 weeks. My color is fading much quicker also. I’ve read that you’ve changed your formula, which so far is not working out for me. I need a better coverage product. Where’s the colour gone?Thought something was up with my hair but relieved to see others here are also finding that the colour fades super fast….within two washes I’ve lost that rich, copper vibrancy and am back to having a faded colour. Really disappointing, have no idea why this is happening as the colourstay was actually one of the things I really liked about this product. At this rate I will have to go back to an actual Salon.
