NOTE: In order to create the best custom hair color, your colorist needs to be able to see your hair clearly. We think the best photos are taken in natural daylight or in a well-lit room, and will show both your roots and length of hair. Avoid submiting black & white photos (we need to see your current color!), or photos that have been altered in any way.

It's a quick and easy color questionnaire that helps a colorist to get a full understanding of your hair history, needs, and ultimate color goal. You'll also have the opportunity to securely submit a current photo, so we can craft a custom blend that's just right for you.

Inside each hair color order are two pairs of medium-sized, non-latex gloves. If you would like to request a Large, simply change the size on your "Upcoming Order" page. This will not only change the size of your gloves included in your next hair color order, but also all of your future shipments. If you wish, you can also change the size by calling our Color & Care team — they're more than happy to help out. For our Light Set, only one size is available at this time.
